The investment plans for each asset are developed on an individual basis. The plans generally include the sale of a portion of the investment in one to two years, reducing the basis of the investment and retaining a portion where long term value and current income can be created and maintained. Portions of the investment sold in the short term generally represent maximized value or risk factors not acceptable to Cyburt Hall Partners.
