PHIL CYBURT
Phil Cyburt co-founded Cyburt Hall Partners, LLC after 20 years of successful real estate development and investment management with such companies as GenCorp, Boeing, McDonnell Douglas, Tishman Realty and Lee & Associates. His development experience spans all product types including industrial, commercial, retail, residential and master-planned communities throughout the U.S.   He has significant experience with environmentally challenged “Brownfield” sites.  In addition, he has completed over $2 billion of asset dispositions and was the CEO of GenCorp, a real estate development company with $2 billion of development projects under management.
