PHIL CYBURT CONTINUED
Under his direction, Boeing Realty Corporation assisted in driving The Boeing Company to the forefront of the corporate real estate industry. While at Boeing Real Estate Corporation he managed a real estate portfolio of 125 million square feet valued at $9 billion in 26 states and 63 countries.  Phil led the relocation efforts for Boeing for their World Headquarters relocation from Seattle to Chicago.

Phil is an active member of numerous community and commercial real estate professional organizations, including CORENET, Pension Real Estate Association (PREA), National Association of Industrial/Office Properties (NAIOP) and Urban Land Institute (ULI).
