BRAD HALL
Brad Hall co-founded Cyburt Hall Partners, LLC after 20 years of leadership in the real estate and financial services industries. Prior to forming Cyburt Hall Partners, Brad was a senior partner at Ernst & Young, LLC and a member of the firm’s executive management team responsible for directing the national real estate advisory practice. He has principaled or advised on more than $5 billion in real estate transactions including development projects, portfolios, securitizations and operating companies. He also advised boards and executives of private equity funds and public and private companies, as well as, institutional investors, on real estate investment strategy, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, management organization and operations.

Brad started his real estate career with Kenneth Leventhal & Co. in 1986. He is a graduate from the University of Illinois and attended Kellogg’s Executive Program at Northwestern University. He is a certified public accountant and has been a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), Pension Real Estate Institute (PREA), National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries (NCREIF) and other industry organizations.
